Dear friends,

We are so pleased that our community of art thinkers is expanding after publishing DISSOLVE's first two issues dedicated to themes of dissolvement and form, and a number of works on our blog, Trace. Thank you for your work, readership, and continued support.

Issue 3: Touch

Dissolve’s third issue is currently in the works and we would love to collaborate with you! Please share your proposal by Thursday, December 15th at the stroke of midnight. We ask potential contributors to briefly describe their proposed projects in less than 500 words (images are always welcome and a great way to tell us more about your intended piece). You will find more details on the issue theme and submission process HERE.

In Issue 3, Dissolve continues to expand our community and the scope of our content. For this issue, we address the theme of haptics as it relates to specific sites, spaces, works, and their tangents.

We would also like to express our gratitude and thank the guests who attended Issue 2's Celebration on December 2nd, in addition to editors, contributors, sound artists, and partners. Furthermore, the evening would not have been realized without R/SF projects, who generously donated their time, space, and on-site assistance. With works from Matt Goldberg's Clay Days, a sculptural installation by Hadar Kleiman, prints by Saniya Talhouk, Sai Li's comics, a screening of Alex Cruse's Intermodal, and manifesto reading by Kathryn Barulich, Issue 2 truly took on form as a point of departure.

Looking forward to future gatherings and opportunities to dissolve together.

Love,
Dissolve
